The hotel was greatly located in the center of Salamanca, next to excellent restaurants and stores, and close to El Retiro Park and Metro Station. The smell when you first walk in to the hotel was lovely and captivating. The customer service and warmth of the staff was superb, we had a bartender help us come up with an itinerary of must see things in Madrid and another to call us a taxi on our last day. The room was nice and spacious enough for my fiance and I. Overall an amazing experience in the hotel and we highly recommend to family & friends!

The reception staff were very professional and friendly, making check-in and check-out very easy as well as helping with finding a taxi and bringing the luggage upstairs. The room was large, beautiful, clean, smelt amazing with a very comfortable bed and beautiful view. The bathroom was large and the room also had a vanity space. The lobby area is beautiful. The location is perfect on a walkable street that makes you feel both in a central location but not in a crazy busy part of town. We absolutely plan to return!

Wouldn’t have minded if it was until 11pm or Friday-Saturday but on a Tuesday after long flight I needed my sleep. Mentioned the notice to the staff after first night and they switched rooms straight up to one facing the back side. Very friendly about it and I was satisfied after.
